Michael Goodin

Co-Founder | Managing Partner

Michael is as an independent film producer with over a decade of experience in the industry. He is highly regarded within the filmmaking community for his ability to produce high quality, studio grade entertainment on independent budgets.

Most recently, Michael produced the independent feature films “Beyond the Night” (Woodstock Film Festival); “A Different Sun.” (Bentonville Film Festival, Cinequest Film Festival); and “After Party” (Winner Best Feature Comedy Madrid International Film Festival).

Other notable works include; “Meskada” (Tribeca Film Festival); “Down on the Shore” (Starring James Gandolfini and Famke Jensen); Affluenza (Dir. Kevin Asch); and “Freedom” starring Academy Award Winner Cuba Gooding Jr. which released successfully on over 2000 screens in Australia and South Korea.

Mr. Goodin also serves on the board of directors as President and Chief Executive Officer of NYC theatre company “The American Vicarious,” a 501-C3 non-profit corporation.

Douglas Nyback

Co-Founder | Managing Partner

Douglas is an actor, screenwriter and producer with over ten years experience in the industry. A graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York, Douglas has written and co-written multiple screenplays and has worked extensively as a script advisor and story editor, most recently on PeterCousin’s “Freedom” produced by Production One and starring Cuba Gooding Jr.

His most recent feature film as a producer, “Nose to Tail”, just had its world premiere at the Whistler Film Festival, and is slated to have its American premier at the Santa Barbara Film Festival in early 2019.

Douglas also brings extensive experience as an actor and acting coach. He has most recently wrapped two features “Skin” and “The Dancing Dogs of Dombrova” as well as recurring guest stars on SyFy’s “Incorporated”, “People of Earth”, “Carter”, and Amazon Prime’s “American Gods”.

Thomas Vencelides

Co-Founder | Managing Partner

Tom has over 20 years experience as a producer for both television and cinema. He began his career as a location manager, working on independent and major studio films as well as prime time television for studios such as NBC-Universal, Showtime, New Line Cinema, Lion’s Gate and Marvel Studios.

In 2007, he moved into production management, overseeing major movie productions including: Saw 5 (2008) Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008) and Saw 3D:The Final Chapter (2010). In 2010, Tom joined Cineflix Productions, working on a variety of programs for National Geographic, A&E and Discovery ID. He was also the supervising producer on the feature film Cobu 3D (2011), and executive producer on the feature film The Barrens (2012).

Tom continued at Cineflix producing the critically acclaimed series Gangland Undercover (2015-2017) for the History Channel and A&E, as well as the critically acclaimed TV features Girl in the Box and Girl In The Bunker. He was also the Canadian Producer on the independent feature film ZOO (2017) which became the longest running independent theatrical release in Northern Ireland.

More recently, Tom joined High Park Entertainment in Toronto and produced the series V-Wars based on the IDW graphic novel series by Johnathan Mayberry, slated for broadcast on Netflix fall of 2019.
